Fitness Consultation . . .

During your fitness consultation you will meet with a trainer to discuss your health history, goals, and record some basic measurements including: weight, body fat percentage, and tape measurements. We will also take you through an introductory workout to determine your current fitness level. All of this information will help our trainers design and implement an individualized exercise program based on your needs and current fitness level.
